Reservations
All conference participants (regardless of support) are requested to fill out our registration form. After Friday, October 29, 2010, hotel rooms will be reserved on a space available basis. It is recommended that you reserve your hotel room by this deadline as there are several events in the area on that day.
Lodging Support
We will make room reservations for supported participants and send you confirmation.
If you wish to apply for support, please request support on the registration form. If your request for support is approved, we will pay your hotel bill (nightly rate and applicable taxes) directly. We will make your hotel reservation for you, and send you confirmation. Supported participants must inform conference organizers of cancellation or modification of reservation by noon on Friday, November 5, 2010 to avoid liability for one night's room rate.
If you are not planning to apply for support, then you will be responsible for your hotel reservation. The conference hotels are the Hampton Inn, 320 Texas Ave. South, College Station, TX 77840 and the Vineyard Court, 1500 George Bush Dr., College Station, TX 77840.
