Welcome to the A&M Math Contest
Our 20th contest was held Saturday, November 12, 2011 in the Wehner Building on the Texas A&M campus. Over 400 students from more than 30 schools participated.
I wish to thank the folks from MathWorks and Maple Soft for their generous contributions of software and t-shirts. Thanks also to the College of Science and the Department of Mathematics for underwriting this contest.
There are many many people who help make this contest as successful and enjoyable as it is. From faculty who spend many hours developing and grading the exams, to staff who also spend days making sure that things will run smoothly, and to student volunteers who help grade and get things done on the day of the contest. My thanks to all of them.
Most of all my sincere appreciation to all of the coaches who give of their time and energy to their students.
