Application Information

To Apply:

1. Print out and complete the application form. Attach more pages to the form, if necessary. Send to the address:

2. Ask your mathematics teacher to fill in and mail to us the teacher's recommendation form.

3. Either mail with your application, or ask your school to send us an official transcript.

The application deadline is April 15th, 2009. Spaces are limited, so earlier applications are encouraged.

Students from underrepresented groups are highly encouraged to apply.
