VIGRE Participants

The VIGRE program aims to integrate the research and educational activities of students and faculty at all levels. Many students and many faculty are engaged in activities that address the goals of VIGRE. Such activities include, for example, participation in or supervision of independent study, seminar activities, mentoring, outreach, recruiting, mathematics contests, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary work. The Department of Mathematics at Texas A&M University fulfills multiple missions, and it is impossible to acknowledge everyone who has contributed toward making VIGRE a success.

Although the most important benefits of VIGRE are intangible ones that are hard to quantify, we can document with the following lists the extensive involvement in VIGRE by students and faculty. The lists include those who have received support from VIGRE funds or have participated in VIGRE seminars.
