In consideration of the benefits to be derived from participating in the Texas A&M University Mathematics Tournament, I,

_________________________________________(child), a minor child, hereinafter referred to as participant, do hereby release and forever discharge Texas A&M University, its respective employees, agents and all persons associated with the Tournament from and against any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands of any character, type or discipline brought or made for or on account of any injuries or damage received or sustained by any persons or persons or property arising out of or occasioned by the acts of omissions of the University, the Tournament, its agents or assigns as a result of participating in said Tournament.

It is understood that this release shall be binding upon myself, my assigns, my personal representative and heirs.
