Personal

I was born in Fort Worth, grew up in Arlington, Texas, live in College Station, and am active in a local church. Richard Talbert, my husband, is a local transactional attorney who has his CPA license. Richard and I share four children. My son Ryan double majored in electronic computer technology and information technology from Indiana State University in 2008 and now works for Cummings in Indiana, and my daughter Natalie is a Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana. Richard's son William is Texas A&M class of '05 with a finance degree and works locally as a financial advisor, and his daughter Christy, Texas A&M class of '07, is attending graduate school in psychology at Auburn.

We ballroom dance at Brazos Ballroom. Another local place that offers ballroom dancing is Susan's Ballroom Dance.
