1. The seating chart is on the back table. Please make sure you are in the correct seat, and your belongings are against the wall.

2. The ONLY items in view (around you) are your PICTURE I.D., pencil, and calculator (without the lid).

3. All cell phones, MP3 players, and other electronic devices must be turned off AND OUT OF SIGHT.

4. Clear your calculator: MEM (2nd +), Reset (7), cursor right to ALL, All Memory (1), Reset (2).

5. All hats/caps must be turned so the bill is at the back.

6. You may not leave the room during the exam under any circumstances.
