Video and Homework Guidelines

Always check www.math.tamu.edu/ehmwk/ for announcements before logging in to WebAssign. Then click the link "Webassign Login Page" at the top.

Information About All Video Assignments:

• You can watch any video assignment up to 50 times--as many times as you feel necessary.
• If a video is worth 1 point, it is an "ungraded" video and is worth up to a bonus point. If a video is worth more than 1 point, it is a "graded" required video.
• During each video, there will be pop-up quizzes. Submit an answer for each of these questions by clicking "Done" after you select your answer. Then, you must click SEND at the end of the video for your answers to be graded.
• If you want to rewatch a video and CHANGE any answers, you still must answer every question again. Then, click SEND again at the end of the video.
• If you want to rewatch a video and KEEP your previous score, DO NOT CLICK SEND at the end of the video.
• If you do not complete a video assignment by the due date, you have two days to both request an extension and complete the assignment for a 50% penalty.

Information About All Homework Assignments:

• Each section from the textbook will have both a "Practice" and a graded "Homework" assignment.
• Each "Practice" assignment is not for a grade, but is an opportunity to see similar questions to those on the homework. A key is provided for the practice takes as well as other helps.
• The graded "Homework" assignments will have the following settings.
  • There is no time limit.
  • You may submit each question up to 3 times.
  • You only have to rework questions you get wrong.
  • A key will not be displayed until after the due date.
• You may now request an extension with no penalty on online homework assignments. You have until two days after the original due date to request and finish your assignment.
