Paper resources for HTML

A book about HTML is a bit of an oxymoron. The World-Wide Web is changing so fast that any book related to it is out of date on the day of publication. If you really want a book, the best bet is to go to any store that carries computer books and browse the shelf--but be sure to buy something recent. Or browse titles at an online bookstore such as amazon.com or Barnes & Noble. Here are some suggestions.

HTML & XHTML: The Definitive Guide

The fourth edition of this book by Chuck Musciano and Bill Kennedy was published by O'Reilly in August, 2000.

Cascading Style Sheets: The Definitive Guide

This book by Eric Meyer was published by O'Reilly in May, 2000. It covers Cascading Style Sheets, level 1.

XHTML 1.0 Language and Design Sourcebook

Subtitled "Next Generation HTML", this book by Ian S. Graham was published by Wiley in March, 2000.
