Research Interest

Numerical analysis of partial differential equations and scientific computing.
Complex Flows
Deterministic and Stochastic non newtonian flows with free surface.
Geometric PDEs
Curvature flows, Willmore flows, biomembranes and crystal surface relaxation.
Finite Element Methods
Convergence and optimality of adaptive methods using continuous and discontinuous finite elements, shock capturing, moving and free boundary problems.
