All conference participants are requested to register. This form should also be used to request support, and banquet preferences, and to submit an abstract for the poster session.

Note that hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel of your choice. See the lodging information page for details.

Banquet

There will be a banquet on Saturday evening (April 1). The cost is estimated to be $15-20 per person which will be collected at the Registration Desk during the Conference.
