All conference participants are requested to register. This form should also be used to request support, and banquet preferences, and to submit an abstract for the short communication and poster session .

Note that hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel of your choice. See the lodging information page for details.

Please note that the deadline for submitting a paper or poster is March 15, 2003. The deadline for registration is March 22, 2003.
