Here is a link to SWT Maps where you can find the LBJ Student Center on the Master List of Buildings. If you come by car, here is the Driving Directions to LBJ Student Center. Parking permits will be available at the registration desk. If you come by air, Southwest Texas State University is located at San Marcos, which is 30 miles south of Austin, and 50 miles north of San Antonio. There is no shuttle service from either airports. You may need a rental car. The only public transportation between Austin Airport and San Marcos is provided by a local agency called Joey's City Cab. Reservation can be made with them by calling 512-396-2222 or 512-665-0856. It is recommended to make reservation prior to your arrival to guarantee a ride. It costs $50 each way. We will maintain a mailing list for people who want to share a taxi from Austin airport. If you are interested, please send your name, flight number and arrival time before March 31 to cyan@math.tamu.edu.
