Course Description: MATH 251. Engineering Mathematics
III. (3-0). Credit 3. Topics covered: Vector calculus, calculus of
functions of several variables, partial derivatives, directional
derivatives, gradient, multiple integration, line integrals, Stokes'
theorems. Prerequisite: MATH 152 or equivalent. Credit will not be given for more than one of MATH 221, 251 and 253.

Grading: Your grade will be determined by three in class exams, a cumulative final exam, and iLrn homeworks. The weights of each of these are as follows.

The final exam schedule shows that the final for Section 510 (MWF 8-8:50) is on Friday December 9, 2005 from 10:00 am until noon. For Section 501 (MWF 9:10-10), the final is on Monday December 12, 2005 from 8:00-10:00 am. All exams are in HELD 109.
