The University Writing Center is trying to raise awareness about 
our services. On Wednesday, Sept. 11, any student who sees a 
UWC employee on campus (identified by a UWC shirt) can approach 
and get a prize and, if an undergraduate, can enter a drawing 
for a "study basket." We're giving ten prizes away.

We're calling the event "Maroon and Write."

Students can also sign up online, but only on Sept. 11. They can 
find out how by going to our website. They will also find us in 
the 12th Man Hall of the MSC on that day between 11 am and 3 
pm. And we'll be wandering around campus, too.
