Textbook. Probability: Theory and Examples, Second Edition, R. Durrett While we will follow the pattern of the text reasonably closely, the methods of proof will often be different.
Grading. Course grades will be based on the following:
1. One take-home midterm, worth 25%, homework, worth 75%.
2. The homework assignments will be posted here.
