Title: Second Order Cumulants of Haar Unitary Operators.

Abstract: Roland Speicher and I have developed a theory of second order freeness that does for fluctuations of random matrices what Voiculescu's theory of freeness did for moments. We shall begin by explaining what second order freeness is. We shall then discuss the second order cumulants of various ensembles, in particular Haar unitaries. Finally we shall explain an application to the computation of unitary matrix integrals.
