Diary from April 9. Partial fraction expansions (the command cpf was written by Art Berlmonte) and the inverse Laplace transform.
Diary from March 26. Four models involving systems of first-order ODEs: the predator-pray (Lotka-Volterra) model, a toy model whose phase plane diagram is a circle, the Rock-Scissors-Paper model, and the Lorenz model.
Diary from February 19. Various behaviors of the solutions of the mass-spring problem. The function used in the computations.
Diary from February 5. Contains examples of eul, rk4, ode45, and plot.
Plots from February 3. Illustrations for "heating of buildings" problems. The first plot corrected. Also, the handout now contains the explanation for how to express a superposition of a sine and cosine function as a single shifted cosine.
Diary from January 29. Contains examples of dsolve and plot.
