Our oldest daughter, Jennifer, worked for Ricca Chemical in Arlington as a chemist until her death Oct 15, 2008. The photo below is her working on her first chemistry experiment in 2nd grade.
    Jennifer received her BS in Chemistry in May, 1999. From 97-00, Jen did research with Dr. Paul Lindahl on crystalizing the carbon monoxide dehydrogenase enzyme. Before moving to Fort Worth, she worked as a Research Chemist with Lynntech working on fuel cells and designing air filters for the space station. One of her favorite movies was Real Genius with Val Kilmer.

    Jen lived in eight states before moving to Texas, including South Dakota, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, New Mexico,and Indiana. Her interests included research, traveling, reading, and logic puzzles. Her favorite trips were to Germany, Mexico, South Korea,and Alaska.
