Selecting the first link places in the home directory of WinSCP Downloads
I selected the "Installation Package" because it sets up WinSCP in a way that it can be uninstalled later. Save the file.
Be sure to check for viruses in any downloaded software, no matter how secure the source!
It checks out as virus free, so begin installation.
Run it, which opens up the installation wizard.
Agree to the license agreement.
Go with the default installation options.
Don't install Flock, unless you want to for some reason.
I prefer the Commander interface.
Now, do the installation.
Go ahead and launch WinSCP after installation.
Create a new session for calclab1.math.tamu.edu
Fill in your login, but not your password!
Save the session
With the name you select. I use the default naming conventions.
Log in with your netid/neo username and password.
When you are in, you can transfer files by "dragging and dropping" from one frame to the other.
Eventually, you will have a public_html directory where all your files will go.
You can exit using the F10 key.
