I was born in Fort Worth, grew up in Arlington, Texas, live in College Station, and am active in a local church. Richard Talbert, my husband, is a local transactional attorney who has his CPA license. Richard and I share four children. My son Ryan is an application engineer JR Automation Technologies. My daughter Natalie is a Licensed Practical Nurse at Riverview Family Medicine and is working towards her RN degree. Richard's son William works locally with financial planning and taxes at West and Talbert CPAs, and his daughter Christy is a Ph.D. clinical psychologist at the Portland, Oregon VA Hospital in Vancouver, Washington.
