If you are absent for a medical reason, you may be asked to supply documentation justifying your absence. In fact, for any absence you may be required to supply documentation justifying this absence.

We will cover most of chapters 11 through 14. Your grade for the semester will be determined as follows:

Three exams worth 100 points each. Quizzes worth a total of 100 points, A final exam worth 150 points.

This is a grand total of 550 points. An A is 90% (495 points or better), a B is 80% (440 points or better), etc.

Each quiz will be worth 10 points, and I will use your 10 highest quiz scores to determine your quiz grade.
