The problems listed below are ones that I suggest you work. They are not to be turned in. However, don't be surprised if they turn up on a quiz or exam.

Week 1 (Jan. 13):
Read sections 1 through 6, and work the following problems.

Read sections 19, 20, and 22. Exam 1 is next Tuesday and will cover sections 1 through 22, excepting 21.
