We will cover most of the first seven chapters of the text.
Some additional material may also creep in from time to time during the lectures.
There will be two exams, given in the evening at a time to be determined, and a final exam. There will also quizzes each of which will be worth 10 points, and I will keep the top 10 quiz grades. The points allocated to each of these is as follows:

This is a total of 450 points. A's require 405 points, B's 360, C's 315, and D's require 270 points.
The final exam is scheduled for Tuesday, December 14, at 3:30 PM.
