Dimension of
asymptotic cones in Lie groups

To every metric space X is associated its asymptotic cone, which is a
topological space reflecting the large scale geometry of X. When X is a
connected Lie group, we compute the dimension of its asymptotic cone.
The formula makes use of the exponential radical, introduced by Osin a
few years ago.
