Metabelian groups
in the space of finitely generated groups

The space of marked groups on n generators is a compact
totally discontinuous topological metrizable space. In such a space,
there is a notion of Cantor-Bendixson rank. We compute the rank of any
finitely presented metabelian group in this space. This way, we obtain
points of any Cantor-Bendixson rank less than omega^omega.
