Almost every pair of interval exchange transformations is disjoint

In this talk will show that almost every pair of interval exchange
transformations (IETs) is disjoint. To show this, isomorphism
invariants of mixing sequences and rigidity sequences will be
introduced and it will be shown that any sequence of density 1 has a
rigidity sequence for almost every IET.
(This is a strengthening of Veech's result).
