Textbook: Folland, Real Analysis: Modern Techniques and their Applications, 2nd edition. Wiley, Isbn 0-471-31716-0.

Gradings. Course grades will be based on the following.
1) One midterm (20% each). Date: to be announced
2) Homeworks (totally 50%), to be turned in every Wednesday. The homework assignements will be posted on this homepage.
3) Final (30%, comprehensive). Date: Friday, December 15, 10:30-12:30pm

Syllabus:


Lebesgue measure and integration theory, differentiation, Lp-spaces, abstract integration, signed measures; Radon-Nikodym theorem, Riesz representation theorem, integration on product spaces. Prerequisite: MATH 447 or equivalent.
