at the chapter tests in the book, I'd suggest problems 4-9 of chapter
4's test A, 5-9 of chapter 4's test B, all of chapter 5's test A, and
all but problem 10 of chapter 5's test B. I strongly suggest that you
do the following problems by then, or certainly before the test:
