NOTE: To improve the appearance the pages, you also need the WebMath
style file, which may be downloaded free of charge at ftp://ftp.math.tamu.edu
Go to the folder /pub/WebMath and download webmath.cst
in binary mode. Place this file in the folder
C:\Program Files\SciNotebook\Styles\article\
To view a course, open Scientific Notebook, click
File+Open Location and type in the appropriate URL:
