Setting the Window
Press get to the WINDOW Menu.
The entries on this window are the following:
- X-min is the smallest x-value on the screen.
- X-max is the largest x-value on the screen.
- Xscl is increment for the tick marks on the x-axis.
- Y-min is the smallest y-value on the screen.
- Y-max is the largest y-value on the screen.
- Yscl is increment for the tick marks on the y-axis.
Note: The standard window is when X-min = − 10, X-max = 10, Y-min = − 10, and Y-Max = 10
i.e. [X-min, X-max] X [Y-min, Y-Max]=[-10, 10] X [-10, 10].
To make a change in an entry.
- Move the cursor next to the entry to be changed.
- Enter the new value.
- Press the or the or the .
Note: Xmin must be smaller then Xmax and Ymin must be smaller than Ymax.
To reset to the standard window press and select 6:ZStandard.
