Title: On the Nernst-Planck-Navier-Stokes Equations

Abstract: The Nernst-Planck-Navier-Stokes equations describe the evolution of ions in fluids. I will describe results about stability of Boltzmann states in bounded domains in two and three dimensions when the boundaries are impermeable to the ions. I will also describe recent results about global regularity of solutions in 3D with selective boundary conditions.
