Review of analysis on the real line; topology of metric spaces; completeness; compact and connected spaces; properties of the space of continuous functions; convergence and approximation; other topics may include the Baire Category theorem, the Stone-Weierstrass theorem, or Fourier series.
Prerequisites: MATH 304, MATH 309, MATH 311, or MATH 323; grade of C or better in MATH 409; junior or senior classification.
