- With the Q drop deadline approaching, Here is a grade calculator. I will upate ecampus next week with scores from quizzes and python. If you are debating on whether the drop the course, things to consider:
- The third exam covers some of the harder material in the course.
- The all multiple choice final exam is comprehensive. Roughly 75% of the final will come from the first three common exams and roughly 25% will come from new material.
- If the score on the final exam is higher than the lowest exam score, it will replace that score (meaning it will count twice). If the score on the final exam is lower than the lowest exam score, it will only count once.
- I will drop the lowest quiz scores and the two lowest webassign scores at the end of the term.

Retest scores have been posted in ecampus. If your exam 1 score did not change, then your score on the retest was less than or equal to the common exam score. Of the 44 students of mine that took the retest, 25 of you improved your score. There is not a retest for exam 2 or 3, however the score on the final exam can replace your your lowest exam score, assuming it is higher.

HOWDY and welcome to Math 152! A few things to read before the first day of classes:
- Read the course syllabus
- WebAssign: Read 'Student Information' link for purchasing access options. Once you log in with your NetId and password, you will automatically be placed in my webassign class. Assigments will be loaded periodically as the semester progresses. You do not need to work the 'practice' problems.
- Python This is where the weekly lab assignments will be posted.
- Print section 5.5 and bring it with you to class Tuesday.
- LEARN YOUR SECTION NUMBER! I have 18 sections (that's 600 students!). I ask that you *always* include your section number in the subject line of ALL your emails to me. Think of some clever way to remember it. Knowing your section number may be a question on a quiz, so there is some incentive for you to learn it.
