Extra office hours. I will have extra office hours on Monday, from 10-12.

Material covered.

Calculators. You may use calculators to do arithmetic, although you will not need them. You may not use any calculator that has the capability of doing linear algebra or storing programs or other material.

Other devices. You may not use cell phones, computers, or any other device capable or storing, sending, or receiving information.

Notation. You should know the notation that we have have used for row reduction, matrices, projections, rank, linear transformations, various vector spaces, etc.

Structure. There will be 7 to 10 questions, some with multiple parts. The problems will be similar to ones done for homework, as examples in class, in the text, or in my notes. About 30-35% of the test will be over new material.
