Steve, I apologize. You are right about averaging the response with 
respect to the detector states.Please post the new version of the talk 
with this correction and a number of other clarifications introduced 
thanks to the many comments received. I also thank you for the intense 
conversation during the weekend.

To all the participants, the changes go from paragraphs 23 to 30 (and an 
appendix added at the end). The main message of the talk is that "The 
emission of a Minkowski particle from a UD detector with unresolved 
inner structure coincides with the one from a structureless scalar 
source and corresponds to the emission/absorption of a zero-energy 
Rindler particle to/from the Unruh thermal bath".
