The workshop is dedicated to the memory of Renaud Parentani, who 
died quite recently.  He was another member of our Acceleration 
Radiation group.  He wrote a number of papers relevant to "issue 
#7" in particular, and I had been looking forward to his 
contributions to our discussions.
