My research interest lies in “symplectic geometry,” which sits at the intersection of many fields such as algebraic geometry, low-dimensional topology, and mathematical physics. Symplectic geometry is one of the most exciting fields of mathematics. The beauty of mathematics is fully demonstrated through the rich connection between symplectic geometry and other major parts of mathematics.
I welcome undergraduate students who have true passion in mathematics and general interest in geometry. I am happy to share my experience on how to become a mathematician and to guide you in the study of geometry (and all related mathematics).
