A blank where a grade should be means that you did not turn in this assignment and this is equivalent to a grade of zero. For errors with your grades, please inform me and I will correct the error. I will need to see the assignment with the correct grade in order to make the correction. If you turned in an assignment late or took a makeup, that grade may not be posted.
Past Homework/Quiz Statistics
Some interesting statistics concerning homework/quiz avg and how it related to the course grades of students.
Note: This does not mean that current courses will follow this trend.
Grade needed on the rest of the exams.
These charts show what you need to get on the remaining exams in order to earn your desired letter grade in the course. These charts assume that your quiz and homework averages stay the same. Also assumed is the normal cutoff for these grades A, B, C, and D.
- After the first exam: Graded Needed for an A, B, C, or D in the class.
- After the second exam: Graded Needed for an A, B, C, or D in the class.
- After the third exam: Graded Needed for an A, B, C, or D in the class. used 89.5, 79.5, 69.5, and 59.5 as the cutoffs.
