MACHINE PROBLEM 4: Due October 23, 2020

For the problem y'=y-4*t*t + 1, y(0)=1.0, and t in the interval [0,1]

(a) Find the exact solution;

(b) Describe Euler, Modified Euler, and Runge-Kutta Order Four methods;

(c) Print out in a table your results for all methods with h=0.05.
Use the format given in Table 5.8 on page 283 but replace the values 
of the numerical methods with the errors.
