countk: a short Maple procedure that counts the number of roots in Z/(p^k) of a univariate polynomial with integer coefficients, in time polynomial d+k log(p). Written by Leann Kopp and Natalie Randall, during a Summer 2018 REU at Texas A&M, mentored by J. Maurice Rojas
CRYSTAL: Visualizing Mixed Subdivisions of 1, 2, 3, or 4 polytopes in three dimensions (co-authored with Zhigang Zhang).
AMOEBA: Visualizing the zero sets of bivariate polynomials over non-Archimedean complete fields (co-authored with Zhigang Zhang).
