Homework and quizzes
Each Day there will be a quiz done in groups, and worth 2 points.
There will also be a OWL pre-class homework for each new section, again worth 2 points.
Lastly, there will be regular OWL homeworks which open about 2 days prior to the relevant class period and will close about one week later. These will be worth 5 points each.
Note: The nature of the OWL homeworks and the style of mean that everyone should be able to get the full 20% credit towards their grades from this part of the course. You must, however, be dilligent and DO YOUR OWLS ON TIME.

Exam Schedule
Exam 1 Wednesday, 23 October.   6:30--8:00 PM. Location TBA
Exam 2   Wednesday, 4 December.   6:30--8:00 PM. Location TBA
Final exam   TBA (during finals week)
Make exams for Exams 1 and 2 are at the same time, but on the previous day in GSMN 64
All exams are multiple choice.
Calculators need to be used on all exams.

Help Sessions
230 Hasbrouck from 13:20 through 9PM. Monday --- Thursday. Unfortunately, no computers in room
Grading
Each 1.5 hour exam contributes 25% toward your final grade.
The final exam contributes 30% toward your final grade.
Homework and quizzes contribute 20%.
