Taylor Brysiewicz, who will complete his Ph.D. in May 2020, has accepted a postdoctoral position at the Max Planck Institut in Leipzig, where he will be for the next two years.
Berlin 2019/2020 I am giving a course on Algorithmic Algebraic Geometry at the Freie Universität Berlin, where I will mostly be until 21 March 2020.
I will be offering the TAMU on-line course Math 629: History of Mathematicsa.

Research Interests: Numerical algebraic geometry, applications of algebraic geometry, real algebraic geometry, algebraic combinatorics, Hopf Algebras, Discrete and Computational Geometry, tropical geometry.
