Description: Abstract: MATH 171 and 172 are the first two math courses many of our majors take at Texas A&M. In this talk, I will discuss general interactive teaching strategies I use in my classes and demonstrate an implementation of these strategies to introduce students in 171 and 172 to formal proofs of limits using epsilon definitions.
