Title: The Craft of Teaching Mathematics: My Journey

Abstract:
All instructors of mathematics have their own craft of teaching whereby they orchestrate meaningful mathematical discussions that allow students to construct a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. In this talk, I will share some key aspects that helped me develop my craft of teaching mathematics and highlight what I perceive to be some of my most effective techniques for teaching mathematics to undergraduate freshmen.
