Mathematics Awareness Month Mini Fair

April is designated by the American Mathematical Society as Mathematics Awareness Month. The theme this year is Mathematics and Networks.

To celebrate, the mathematics department at the Texas A&M University is organizing a Mini Fair that will include popular short presentations by TAMU faculty, problem solving contest open to students of all grades and interested parents (with prizes awarded at the end of the program), popular math and science book exhibit, and pizza and soft drinks served at approximately 12:15 PM. If you like solving problems, want to have a good time, and would like to meet mathematics department faculty and students, we will be happy to see you May 1st.
